- DIP-GALVANIZING:
Mantion tracks are dip-galvanized (Sendzimir).
Apart for the reinforced density of the galvanizing, this technique is the only way to uniformly protect all parts of the track (including the interior part).
- GALVANIZING PROPERTIES:
Zinc has the property of regenerating itself by surface recovering if it is altered, e.g : scraped or scratched. Thus, a track, after being scratched or cut recovers its protection entirely through galvanization. The MANTION treatment : Sendzimir Z350 process allows recovering of up to 2 mm recovering.
- " Z350 " : THE MANTION ADVANTAGE
In the building industry, most products have a Z275 zinc protection. For optimal quality, most Mantion tracks are Z350 treated (350 gramms zinc/m2 on both internal and external surfaces, i.e. :
25 microns zinc on each surface).
- HIGH LIMIT ELASTICITY STEEL:
To ensure the highest possible quality in our products, Mantion rolls HLE (High Limit of Elasticity) steels also used in the automotive industry. This process requires complete mastery of rolling techniques. It results in a track, that is thinner and thus lighter and more resistant to wear.
- MANTION ROLLING:
Mantion is the only hardware manufacturer which rolls all its tracks. This ensures a perfect design and compatibilty of the complete systems. Thanks to this process, Mantion can offer steel tracks with a High Limit of Elasticity.
- MANTION AND ITS TEST LABORATORY:
Mantion, which always focuses on the quality of its products, has one of the biggest test laboratories for sliding systems in Europe. 5 test stands enable Mantion to assay the endurance of all its sliding systems in order to comply with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
