1. A COMPREHENSIVE QUALITY STRATEGY:

MANTION aims to guarantee its clients a constant level of quality, in line with market expectations. To do this, we have implemented a strict quality policy:

  • We comply with numerous standards: EN 1527(2013)– PrNF P26-341 NF EN 12045
  • We have several certifications: ISO 9001 (2015) and ISO 14001 (2015)
  • We carry out numerous tests on our systems to ensure they are market-ready.

 

MANTION uses high-precision monitoring tools and listens to its customers to keep track of and adapt to market expectations.

2. SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY:

As people are the company’s main asset, MANTION places great importance on continuous recognition of the value of its employees, and is keen for this vision to be shared by its partners.

Implementing this approach involves:

The implementation of these commitments is monitored by personnel representative bodies.

MANTION continually interacts with its environment and is naturally committed to sustainable development, by seriously contributing to the effort to protect the planet’s natural resources and improve quality of life.

For the years 2018 to 2020, MANTION’s objectives have been to:

  • Guarantee our customers better lead times
  • Reduce data entry times
  • Harmonise data
  • Reduce our consumption of paper and therefore our volume of waste

 

As part of this general policy drive, MANTION has drawn up annual action plans to set out continuous improvement objectives, which it is committed to achieving. MANTION has devoted significant resources to implementing and managing these policies. The policies are led and coordinated by the Quality and Environment Director who reports directly to MANTION‘s senior management. Finally, MANTION actively raises employee and partner awareness to strengthen the effectiveness of these policies.
